I know, it was a small turnout. A lot of people came in and said they didn't even know there was an election. So this post will be a little short since I was at the polls for 13 hours and didnt really get a chance to read all my emails and messages.
PHS Tower of Power Marching Band
Congratulations to the majorettes at the Miss Majorette of Alabama competition in Wetumpka this past weekend! They placed 1st Place in Small Dance Twirl Team and 1st Place in High School Majorette Team. The results for individual are: Mary Sullivan - 2nd Place Showtwirl 16+, Mallory Sisk - 4th Place Showtwirl 16+, and Sarah Folsom - 1st Place Showtwirl 13-15.
PHS Softball
Dave Smith posted on facebook that Coach Amy Sullivan;s PHS girl’s softball team just won their game today clinching the area title! Way to go!
