Also they finished installing the electronic sign at the Walgreens, and the frame for the new Zaxby is coming up nicely. Also the Helena nights feel like autumn and the stars are beautiful!
Lost Dog
Jimmy needs help finding his dog. He lives off of 1st street in Helena at the top of the hill. He came home and she escaped the fence. "Her name is Carmen and she is very friendly. She will not bite. Best family dog we have ever had. If anyone finds her please call me @904-629-3057. My wife and I moved here from Jacksonville Fl. and have been in Helena for about a year and half and love Helena. Stolen were a ring valued at $700, a ring valued at $500, a Back men’s necklace and bracelet valued at $1,700, a gold nugget watch and bracelet valued at $4,200, a pocket watch valued at $1,700 and a necklace valued at $1,000.
 -Identity theft from the 400 block of Tocoa Road (residence, home). Forged were debit card transactions in the amount of $2,050.
 -Harassing communications from the 7200 block of Wyndham Parkway (restaurant).
 -Criminal trespass third degree from the CVS Pharmacy (drug store).
 -Criminal mischief third degree from the 2700 block of Aspen Lake Road (residence, home). Damaged was a window screen in the amount of $20.

 -Criminal mischief third degree from the 600 block of Bentmoor Drive (residence, home). Damaged was a mailbox in the amount of $100.
 -Failure to appear from the Birmingham Police Department (other, unknown).

 -Theft of property first degree from Lawley Street (field, woods). Stolen were a seismograph valued at $5,000, a modem valued at $700 and an external battery valued at $300.

 -Unlawful possession of prescription medication from County Road 17 (highway, street). Confiscated were pills and yellow oval tablets.
 -Identity theft from the 500 block of Fieldstone Drive (residence, home). Stolen $224.56 in unauthorized credit card charges.

 -Theft of property second degree from the 2200 block of Highway 52 West (commercial). Stolen were a contractor lift valued at $1,000, a metal box containing metal parts valued at $500 and a pallet containing nuts and bolts valued at $500.
 -Theft of property second degree from the 2800 block of North Drive (residence, home). Stolen were rims with tires valued at $1,100 and rims with tires valued at $500.

 -Criminal mischief and information only from 816 Highway 52 East (jail, prison). Damaged was a telephone in a cell in the amount of $200.
 -Theft of property third degree and criminal trespass third degree from the 1100 block of Lawley Street (residence, home). Stolen were a plastic gas can valued at $9, an junk car radiators valued at $20, a junk air compressor off a Ford Taurus valued at $15 and two bags of aluminum cans not yet crushed valued at $2.
