A Crossfit gym has opened in Helena. They are in the shopping center next to Riverwoods on Hwy 52. I saw that one of my neighbors, Courtney Sims, had started class. She said she liked the classes and they are timed perfectly for her because they finish just in time so she can pick up her children. They offer Group Classes and individualized coaching. SEC Player of the Week
Whitney Billings of Helena was named SEC Player of the week yesterday. She is current playing volleyball at Kentucky. She has earned several honors in the past for her skill and ability but this is a big honor. Last year she was All South Region First team, All SEC First Team. Way to go Whitney! Full Article
Getting Christmas Picture early
Sam Charif the owner and operator of Pink and Blue Child Care and Learning Center on Hwy 52 told me that on October 20th they will have a photographer there to take pictures for your Christmas Cards.
