Helena Stats


A quick Business update:
 Linda was kind enough to let us know what is happening in Old Town. The person planning on renting the Old La Reunion location wants a coffee shop in the morning and a wine shop in the evening. The worker said the business hopes to be open by the end of the year, and they are currently renovating the space next door to be an artist gallery to be open

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of River Crest Lane (residence, home).

Oct. 1
-Unlawful possession of prescription medication from Roy Drive (highway, street). Recovered was hydrocodone valued at $34 and zolpidem valued at $10.

Oct. 2
-Found property from the 1100 block of Dearing Downs Drive (highway, street). Recovered was a Lexus key and key fob valued at $100.

Oct. 3
-Recovered stolen vehicle from the 100 block of Cedar Bend Drive (residence, home). Recovered was a 2000 Honda Accord valued at $2,000.

Oct. 4
-Driving under the influence from Highway 17 at Highway 58 (highway, street).
-Minor in possession of or consumption of alcohol from Highway 17 at Rocky Ridge Drive (highway, street).
-Criminal mischief from Shady Trail (residence, home). Damaged were four used tires in the amount of $800.
-Identity theft from the 2200 block of Old Cahaba Place (other, unknown).
Oct. 5
-Unlawful possession of “mary jane” second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from County Road 13 at Oak Brook Lane (highway, street). Confiscated was "maryjane" valued at $50, a “mary jane” pipe containing burnt ",aryjane" residue valued at $25, a plastic pipe containing “mary jane” residue valued at $20 and a clear plastic “mary jane” grinder valued at $10.
Oct. 6
-Criminal mischief from Cunningham Drive (residence, home). Damaged were two plastic yard chairs in the amount of $40.
-Driving under the influence from Highway 52 East at Tucker Road (highway, streett)
-Warrant arrest from Highway 52 at Taco Bell (church).
-Hazardously parked vehicle from Highway 17 near Spruce Drive (highway, street).
-Domestic violence third degree from the 2100 block of First Avenue West (residence, home).
Secret message time since only the long time reader know about this: I will be sworn into City Council in November but I feel like an outside from the other candidates. We'll see what happened after the swearing in ceremony.
